Chaps Whitey found this manual online. SEAD = Suppression of Enemy Air Defence This is a Marines manual on SEAD and covers the F-18 and AV-8B. SEAD ManualPlease take a look. This is quite a high level book but excellent reading to see how the battle field is organised. I recommend a good look at annex A and B before you start as there are a lot of TLAs. Key for us as airborne SEAD would be to hit the allocated targets as against waste weapons on everything. Also, an understanding of the SEAD Zones 1, 2 and 3 Understanding of Mission planning of located and unlocked threats Concept of Preplanned or Reacive SEAD, also dividing Reactive SEAD into Deliberate, Immediate and Alert missions.
